Help me，about PARAFIN software

Help me, when uploading parameters and saving them in PARAFIN software, the software exits and cannot be used. What is the reason for this, thank you.

What version is Windows, what version is paraffin and what is the inverter, what port are you using?
I'm sure everyone knows these little things, but I've forgotten.
