HELP: I Want To Start A Printing Business

I have no experience in printing but I just got a contract from some politician in West Africa to start printing posters, banners, souvenirs, and handbooks in preparation for a major election next year.

My plan is to setup a printing and publishing business and employ local experts from existing companies.

I need help to know :
1. What type of equipments (everything required) I need to buy? Specific models wil be appreciated

2. Where can I get the best offers for 1 above.

3. Which part of the business can I outsource and any recommended company?

Please note:
1. Nothing is on ground yet except a very large but empty warehouse
2. I was told there are several printers/publishers but they need high quality products. So there is need for modern equipment.
