You will need to adjust the geometry of the picture, again using the buttons on the monitor, sometimes the mouse pointer will completely disappear if your window is sized to the maximum size of your monitors viewable area.

Please update the system+driver ,and BIOS.

Test for Virus +Malware , back door

However replace the mouse, some the wires, or the devices coming defective

    Blessing

    hello and thank you Cale,
for more details, there is a winvnc installer in the system as there were remote interventions.
could it also be the disappearance of the mouse pointer?
    how to remove winvnc application?
and how to see the operating system installed in the Sm74?

    Hi sir:

    1) use some Firmware from donwload from Google, to uninstall software in your system, they detect, and you can delete easy

    2) go to the HDD, in the directory, or use the control panel.

    Blessing

VNC is part of IPC software from Heidelberg. Your original monitor is dead, VNC has nothing to do with it.
