Help finding a cutter

I am new to the print world and need some help steering me in the right direction please. I am looking for (I think) a hand die cutter that would cut 2 slits into a piece of paper for holding a business card. I have the "card-it", but it is not quite what I am looking for. It works on a guillotine principle.

Do they make a die cutter that does this and whom could you recommend as a manufacturer?

I also have been looking for an affordable die cutter that's not a toy. The most promising one I've come across so far is the Roll-Tec steel rule die cutter. They make four different sizes (two of them are electric and two manual) and I'm sure they could make a die for your requirements. How bout letterpress?

The most practical way to cut your slits is with a letterpress. Depending on quantity, you could use and old, but still used C & P hand fed press or a Heidelberg Windmill. Price range from $1.000 to $3500.

Not sure if I am too late on this, but I have been looking at a diecutter at http://www.accucut.com.

I myself need a cutter thats not a toy and since you can use the same dies used in the large platens I am seriously considering.

Its manual but for the price I don't think you can go wrong.
