Hi to everybody.

I need help with this printing.

When we turn it on, it gets stuck at the logo and doesn't do anything else. Also, looking for the ZSK, it has 3 leds, and we see all of them are on.

The board had previous reparation. It's a ZSK 00.781.3385/01
Thanks for the answers.

  • And, are you certain the piggy back board is fully seated, and pins are not bent?

Hello dear sir, please check the 3.6 battery.

Please change the battery, I think that's your problem. Thank you, good luck.

I was reading the malfunctions book, and it says that the 3 LEDs I mentioned means the following:

    Left to right
    H2 (red): "Ready to run"
    H3 (green): "Not ready: press"
H4 (green): "No ready: water/pneumatic system"

All of them are always on when we turn on the printing machine, when they say the 2 green must be blinking.

Does this implies something to the start up?

Also, they used another board with the same EPROM to test the printing machine, and as they told me, it worked. So, because of that I think the problem is the ZSK.

    What do you think?

So please change the ZSK but have you tested the ZSK in another machine? It says that your ZSK has not been repaired properly. In the worst case, please change it. Thank you, good luck

The thing is that we are trying to save the actual ZSK, because it's cheaper than buying another one
