Heidelberg Topsetter 74 Error

Hello, I have a problem with the Topsetter 74 and getting the following errores:

E415b: The balancer is not moved to the target position.
E7e06: -5v power supply error (Expoure head Error)

I also have a notice that the temperature in the enviroment is too high (E081d). Could this be an issue?

When a try to image again I get one or the other.

Anybody knows what it could be?

 

I have set the balancer home and away to values lower than 10 points.
Home: 3031, 2067 Away: 3037, 2069
Target: 3030, 2067

But when I start to image, the laser head starts and stops halfway and I get the E415b error.

Anybody please?

 

changed the two sensors and problem fixed
