Heidelberg Suprasetter A52 ,2015 Issue with Connection to Internet

THE ISSUE

The installation technician has indicated that there does not seem to be permission for internet connection on the PC. It is running Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. The machine was running perfectly well at the previous owner's premises.

Can anyone shed a light on the recommended corrective action for this issue.
