    Hello,
    I have a Heide ST 350 that is posting an "[E099] PLC drive 3 (Tucker)" error and will not start. Anyone play with these?
    Thanks,
    Brendon

    Hi sir

    Please check this;
    The Stitching head delivery monitor light sensor (IP64) did not detect a gap between sheets.

    Hi Chock,
    Thank you for your reply. This error occurred after a long weekend where the main power was turned off. When we turned the power back on the machine would not even initialize. I did check the sensor and it is operating normally. I am going to call phone support today and will let you know if they can help me resolve this issue.
    Thanks,
    Brendon

    OK, will be a Good Idea, call for Support.

    However you must test the regulated power supply in Tolerance for the Sensor, in that way the sensor NOT can be faulty, but will NOT, for the lack of Correctly Regulated power supply in tolerance.

    Turns out it appears to be a bad drive. We swapped identical drives and got errors with the faulty drive. I will leave a post once we have the drive installed and the machine working again.

    Yes indeed, it was a defective drive. Bought a recon unit and it started right up once we set the card addresses.
