Heidelberg SSK Cards are not showing on cptronic display

Hello everyone.
I have a Heidelberg Machine Sr no.534715 it is 92 Model Machine. The issue is that there is not any SSK dyn test or init test shown on the display. i tried every thing but all in vein. i check SSK cards its in good condition. And second thing that when we select presetting menu to enter size of paper and every thing it shows warning sign.so i cant able to adjust paper thickness and size.my biggest concern is that in dyn and init test SSK cards not displaying anymore. is this is the fault in SAK board or something else. Please guidance needed.

the led lit on the ntk is not sufficient please measure the 24 vdc voltage and make sure it is within tolerance, then check the voltages on the GRM cards also if they are within tolerance, and as chock said you can check the connection ribbon and the connector pins also clean them with electronic card product and reinsert the ssk cards properly
