Have a Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 ZP with CP Tronic console. We got a warning message on screen when we turned on the press that our brushes in the main motor were getting low. Had the motor rebuilt and reinstalled and still have the error message coming up. Is there a way to rest this or do we need to have the guys who rebuilt our motor come out and adjust the sensors? Any help is appreciated.

You may want to be sure the brown plug for the optocoupler is fully seated (inside motor terminal housing), and if so, also examine it closely to be sure none of the pins have been misaligned and pushed in, not making full contact.

  • What cptronic do you have
Modular or Compact, ? and the Speed Master 102zp is Old or New Version
    can you send some pics

May the technician didn't replace the carbon brushes ! you can check it by opening the side covers near the brake.

  • Sorry. We have been busy. Turns out the guys who rebuilt motor crimped one of the connectors on the insulation so it was not making a good connection. All is good now.
