Heidelberg speedmaster CD 102S+L(1991 model)

Very good morning to everyone!

We have Heidelberg speedmaster CD 102S+L(1991 model) printing machine. After labelling and wiring, we had done one trail test, n the machine was running smoothly. But then we removed roller for setting and again when we placed the roller, after switching on the machine, we are getting #15. I am adding pic for reference, please do suggest the solution which we need to do. Please help.

Please test this:
Check EAK :
1)Failure to production testing in I / O- HF.
2)
Check HAK :
Engine not compatible with the voltage applied .
Engine failure during testing .

 

Re-seat LTK 500 boards, possibly just a poor connection. If that doesn't help, exchange LTK's position in rack, see if problem moves to other units. Do same for HAK's next.

we called our electrical person and he resolved the issue simply by removing the safety lock from first unit which had occurred during roller setting. but I heartily appreciate ur kind effort in helping me out from this issue.
