Looking at potentially getting this press.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of it? (more importantly, what are its weaknesses)
Also, is there any specific type of printing this press is strong or weak in?

It's a carton press which is it's main strength, I can't think of any major weakness?

Thank you for your reply. As it happens that is the main type of printing we do. How does it compare in this aspect to the KBA rapida 105 or Komori G40?

cant go wrong with a well maintained cd. If you can find it in your budget i would strongly suggest adding a unit and buying a 5 color

Thank you both for your replys. But what makes it so good? Just good print quality or does it not break down very much?

sturdy build quality, markless transfer from unit to unit, intuitive and well thought out controls via cpc. These are just a few things that make the cd a good press. Also it was a very popular press that you should have no problem in manning.
