Heidelberg SpeedMaster 52 Screen Freezing on Presseting

Good afternoon.
I work with a SpeedMaster 52 2000 5 colors with CPC. I want to realize on the press conversion from perfecting to straight printing. On CPC, the press is in perfecting but mechanically the press is in straight printing. The press has an error on Printing Unit showed at the photo. I tried to modify the size adjustment but the screen freezes (photo included) and the system doesn't work anymore.
Please could anyone help me?

 

If the machine is now mechanically on straight mode , just reset zsk board and swotch on the machine again

Thanks for you answer. The press doesn't have CPTronic compact, it has CPTronic modular so it doesn't have ZSK board. Could you help me please with another idea?

Dear Sir. I reset SAK and now when I push Pre-Setting the display on CPTronic shows the error on clamping mechanisms (photo attached). I'm checking valves and pressure but if you have any solution I would be grateful

Are you sure that the machine is on the straight mode ??

 

Hi dear Sir. It's a new installation and the machine wasn't working. The initial problem was the conversion from perfecting to straight mode. Mechanically the machine was in straight mode but on CPTronic Modular was in perfecting mode. CPTronic didn't let me to change to straight mode because when I pushed Pre-Setting the screen on CPTronic froze.
Later, I reset SAK and checked the door sensor between Unit 2 and 3, then CPTronic showed me the clamping mechanisms error. I checked valves and pressure, and now I could fix the error and the machine is working. Thanks for all your answers
