Hello to everyone!

I'm having trouble with a Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 S+L 1992. The thing is it´s turning off and showing various error messages in CPTronic and feeder control screen.

Errors shown at CPTronic screen is #15.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Hi Sir
What Type of Cptronic do you have?
Modular or Compact?
Can you send a Pics showing the Error(s) when you turn Off?

    Hi Mr Triton:
I believe you speak spanish, however we will continuosly in english.
    1) You must test the board for DNK from Cptronic, since this board is the power supply board
the supply voltages for the display control DSK y the control console display ZID.

    a) Perform a visual inspection : look for loose and broken wires, improperly seated connectors, loose or broken wires
misset switch, missing jumpers. and so on.
    Chech for obviously damaged component(components burned or discolore due to overheating);
    Dust + dirt + tear +wear

    b) Reseating Boards and components:
Edge connectors are a common souorce of problems. Power down the system and remove the PC boards. Examine the edge connector
for contamination and clean with contacts cleaner contacts. Reseat any loose components 9suc as scoketed ICs) . Reseat the
    boards and power up.

    c) Power supply checks:
Check the power supply for missing voltages and voltages out of spec. A digital multimieter DMM can be necessary, as
voltage specifications are quite tight: logic supplies for example: must be within + 5 percent of 5Vdc. All the
multiple supplies and all must be checked.

    2) Measure according with your schematic diagrams if there: Socket base DNK X24 : 15VAC : 20VAC ; 27VAC = socket base X26: For power suppl ZID : +5VDC ;205VDC(for Display): 200VDC(Display according with the mark Panasonic,etc)

    3) Measure if you input Voltage to the machine or Cptronic for 220Vac or 380 Vac or whatever Voltages you use is in the range of tolerance about NOT higher or down from 10% otherwise adjust the Main trafo in the machine.See the Schematic Diagrams

    4) If everything is o.k look for Dry solder +colder solder joint, Reheating the board with Reheating station solder.

    Thanks!!

We will check for all items you recommend. I´ll keep you informed.

Please post pics of "Init test" and "Dyn test" screen shots. Error 15 denotes control cabinet error, but with pics of initiation test and dynamic test screen, this may help us narrow down the problem to a specific component. Init test is "arrow down T" and dynamic test is "circle T".

    How about this.

    ok Sir
    Good luck!

Hello Chock, thanks for your recommendation. Yesterday we measured the input voltage (with machine working OK) and it was OK but following your advise we are going to measure for a long period of time, say one or two full days, and then see the info for the moment the machine turns off.

I also posted a list of the error codes shown in the control console screen. It would be helpful to hear your advise.

I will share the info about the voltage when I have it.

    Hello again.
Does anyone can tell me how to get the error code interpretation booklet? Is there a troubleshooting guide for this machine?

  • Hello everyone,
I checked the Dyn and Init error list. REK 1 and 2 errors are showing one of this modules is not functioning properly. If this errors are generated after machine stops, then I can say that REK 1 is defective. I could see in INIT errors, REK 1 is not recognized and 0000 means CPU is not running any more. This machine is very old and dynamic and static memory component are out dated. This is very common error from that age. Try to swap these two modules with each other and let's see the results.

    Good luck,

Thanks! We will try these ideas right now.
