I hv problem with my machine
Heidelberg speed master 52 4 2004 cp 104 S.E
The position of the machine when I want d inching
Click on the first button to sound the alarm after the second push button alarm sounding only the sound of the brake while the engine does not turn
The init-test shown
S-BLT CON 3fde
And the dyn-test shown
S-BLT CON 3fdf
Anyone can help

Hi sir:

1) Init :the problem is connection cable for encoder stopped rotor position

2) Dyn : position encoder faulty Rotor.

Check very well, Good luck

The problem is encoder in main motor
I have bought a new one
But the encoder in this type need put the serial number to the encoder

Any one can help the menu in cpc 104 for input the serial nimber of encoder

Hi you must have the operator manual for cpc 104 for inputs.

and then introduce the s/n of encoder.

Normally IDS, not need to enter s/n?

However if need look for the operator m, and go to service display, and then proceed with the steps easy.

I have the same machine and same issue
Could you please help me
The encoder that was installed on the machine is SRS50-HZA0-S02 but it's damaged. We buy a new encoder SRS50-HZA0-S21 but the machine doesn't respond to the encoder
