    Press is continually beeping.
Seems to be related to central lubrication.
The oiling button will not reset .
It is set to re oil at 30000 when it reaches this number its starting to beep.
What would make it not reset from the green touch button.
Would there be a sensor problem
The tub is full at it has grease.
    Any help appreciated
    Thank you

Could be a few things causing this.
Are you using the prescribed flow grease? There are serious problems attributed to mixing incompatible greases in the pump reservoir.
Have you used a long handled tool or spoon to agitate the grease at the bottom of the reservoir? There may be an air pocket causing limited or no flow .
Have you checked the pressure switch for continuity?

Hello sir, please look around the machine. Either at the margin on the C.E. drive side, or at the reception on the C.E. drive side, you will see a jar filled with grease. Check to see if the grease is light or soluble. If the grease is soluble please switch off the machine and empty the soluble grease to put in a light grease and if you have no light grease, put oil in the grease and mix until the soluble grease is light and switch on the machine and run it. I think it's fine but it's just to help you out so you can order the grease you need for lubrication. Thanks
NB:BE CAREFUL WITH THE SENSOR INSIDE THE JAR
Write to me if you don't understand.

    Hello Sir
    Thank you for the reply.
I did tap it up with the proper grease but the engineers that installed the machine 2 months ago had not the proper grease and put thicker grease in it which I am not happy about.
I did mix it up and spooned some out and replaced it with the right one.
I am told though that there is a sensor on drive side you can tamper with which will reset the lubrication counter and at least shut the beeping up.Do you know of this sensor?
    Thanks again.
PS I am going to search for that in the morning

Open the box, there's a button inside to do the reset but open the protections on the sides of the first group on the C.S. side, thank you.

That may be air in the system as well, or if machine been installed 2 months ago, there may be some loose connection where you're loosing your grease (I know how it sounds but isn't impossible - especially if engineer who installed machine seemingly used wrong grease)
