Dear sir this clear image vertical strip we change roller damper and blankets but same prob

Run a dry solid, no water if band is gone then damping unit is the culprit. If band remains check ink rollers

sir we try for whiteout damping solid print. so its. clear. no. any. strip. we. check the beral pressure it's to. good. other any. suggestion

Make sure all ink forms are not oscillating,if they are moving side to side put shims on you should not be able to wiggle back and forth, you have to go one step at a time ,process of elimination

Did you say the bands were not there on dry solid

solid. not. visible. but. print 20 to. 25 sheet lighten they visible.

Then you need to concentrate on the ink rollers make sure they are in good shape , correct stripes, no bouncing,or moving side to side _you can also try localize problem by backing off one form at a time and running some sheets

Also make sure you're ink ductor is set correctly.
