Heidelberg SM74+L break lock

I have a Heidelberg SM74+L (2000). My machine suddenly stop when paper twist and lock down break then machine will not inching and run. To run machine, we have to move paper manually using handle and do restart CP2000. This problem repeat more than 10 times a day. Please share its solution.

 

Do you have someone working there a little more fluent in English? Im not getting too much of what you're saying. My guess is that your press is taking in a bad sheet and as a result tripping some sort of safety. There are many possibilities that would cause this. You need to find a way to be a bit clearer in describing your problem.

Hi, i had similar problem. Check the chain tensioner (drive between table and machine). Check synchronization between table and machine
