Heidelberg SM74-2 problem with error code

Hello dears,
We having problem with SM Heidelberg 74-2 . There are error code
F28, Q30, Q31, Q34. Q43. Please help us what we need to check

Multiple circuit breakers tripped, very unusual. Has your house voltage lost a leg?

Here in Mongolia sometimes the voltage coming high. Also what we need to do? We checked all connections, motors, cable too.
