Hello Eduardo, you have a defective printing pressure servomotor. It probably remained on a thin paper thickness and now you want to pass a much thicker paper thickness, the feeder is not activated for safety reasons.

Good answer mario , you need to check servo motor ( blocked or defective,) the blocking margin as a safety measure
