Heidelberg SM102 Cam Follower???

Does anyone know where i can purchase a cam follower for a SM102 without being ripped off by Heidelberg?

I rang them before ordering and they advised that particular cam follower because its more heavy duty as i have a torsion gripper bar and it's the same genuine INA brand that Heidelberg would supply.
