Heidelberg SM 74-4 Perfecting Problem

we are having issues with marking on the press when in perfecting mode (see attachment). We've cleaned all cylinders and made sure hoses were blowing air. We are running on a gloss text. No idea what to do. Please help

 

Are these marks coming before perfector or after? It looks similar to marks from transfer jackets.

 

My staff is telling me that it is coming after perfector. Any ideas?

 

Use dryer liquid/paste in ink so ink dries faster on sheet and maybe go slower to avoid marking?
Else try a stop with impression on and check sheet travel after perfector, also move or put any or all sheet guides in case sheet buckles.
Use all color impressions in case sheet "hits" blanket.

Unless of course you all tried that just my piece of mind
