What would be the cause of ink coming unto damping rollers on one side as shown in photo.It is then not cleaning the plate correctly.

 

When you wash up make sure all the press wash is out of rollers and they are dry make sure your setting is correct

 

hello dear sir, you will need to correctly adjust the touch rollers and the ink touch rollers. everything must be uniform. if there is a lot of ink in the rollers it is normal that the ink ends up in the damper rollers. thank you very much

It looks like your Intermediate roller isn't adjusted correctly.
Try to check all your dampening rollers.

Pleqse check setring of dampening form with degreaser roller also intermediate roller with the dampening system and the first ink form .
All is around setting of rollers touch

Adjust Walter rolets...there's to much water solution delivered to the rolers.
