Heidelberg SM-52 IR radiator problem

Hello,
I`m sorry if this topic was already reviewed. I`m new to the forum.
I have a problem with my Heidelberg SM-52. The printer works just fine but there is an issue with the IR lamps in the dryer section. After the machine is turned on and the first sheets are in the dryer the lamps are also turning on but after 2/3 seconds they immediately turn off. (if i restart the machine it happens all over again, 2/3 seconds and the lamps are off). All the fans are working, only the IR lamps.
There are no errors on the screens. All the connections and sensors seems to be ok.
Did anyone have had this kind of problem?

 

Check your iR setting or pit it automatically is better .
Clean the radiator dust blocks the cooling circuit of the lamps and overheats the radiator, this can also be a cause of problem.
check the life of the lamps at most it is 5000 hours.
check the flow of the cooling circuit, refill if necessary and make sure that there are no air bubbles in the circiit
