I'm new to running an SM-52, so please bare with me as i try and get this correct as possible. The dampening solution on unit 1 is to the correct level etc, however on unit 2 the level is too low as by endless bleeping and the icon on the CPC and physical level. I have cleaned the tray that holds the solution and the pipe that sits in the tray but to no avail. Any advise and help on the problem would be much appreciated. I'm going to be assuming this will be a pull the pipe off from the T section of the pipe and go from there but incase there is something else i can try before i thought i would ask. As i said before unit 1 is perfectly fine but unit two just isn't holding enough fluid. Many thanks.

Not sure which kind of recirculating unit you have, are there two hoses, one for flow and one for return? If so, make sure the hose to the second unit does not have a kink in it somewhere. If each unit has its own there has to be some flow control on the circulating unit. Ive also seen guys but flow control valves inline behind the OS side cover.

Yeah one for flow and one for return, both units share same line. They branch off via a T- section so in theory it will be after the T-section but it does look like i will have to take the pipe off and check it for a blockage. Unit 1 has a perfect flow... trouble is Unit 2 at first start up reaches correct level but after starting a run it drops completely below the sensor ..... so assumption is bloackage somewhere after T-section.... Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.....My recirculating unit is a technotrans fk1000 or something similar as the name plate is slightly damaged....

not sure about how this works on your press, but I would follow the hose from the tank all the way to the water pan and see if you have a flow valve some where inline. Usually each pan has its own separate flow valve.

    Hope this helps
