heidelberg sm 102

hi everybody,
when I press the button to turn air unit on it doesn't work and it doesn't mark on the cptronic screen that it works, and also from the feeder panel.

 

Thermal overload tripped? If so, have you determined why?

 

thanks , i found the cable of the thermal sensor inside the motor is not well connected so i connect it and the problem solved.
