Heidelberg QM DI - Ultramax plate - Novaless ink

Hello guys,

i have problem..
after only 500 sheet it accumulates a lot of ink outside of printing area.. i print on format 320x225 and below this, on blanket have big accumulation of paint.. on all 4 verk.
i use Ultramax plate and Flint group Novaless ink (watherless offset ink)..
i try to adjust rollers on ink verk and i think i was make a good job with this.. but problem is still here.
what do you think guys, what i can try?

Is contaminated by cleaning method or chemicals used in the plate... Not use alcohol or disolvent (oil chemical)... Use better a organic sponge and liquid detergent for clean dishes based lemon, swap the cleaning plate making a little pressure from the one side to other (never in zigzags)...

coricdado hope you sorted your problem.

How are the Ultramax working? Our diodes are close to their max... would this be an issue to adjust for these plates?

Never mind, don't need adjustment in diodo power.... this is a myth.

work very well... but the most problem is in the mount and clean the plate...

ultramax work fine for me.. but im not sure is it problem im plates? i think is not problem in plates.. for day od two, i will try Toyo ink, and i will try to clean plates on the way how augustov say..

Just asking to get some feedback on the plates. Are they similar to the Caleidoplates?

What ink are you using if i may ask?

Are similar to VIM technology plate form.israel, but this is no longer anymore, are dark, easy to clean, but the color is dark brown.
