I am currently trying to micro-perf on the qm. I have the teeth on the impression cylinder but the problem I keep running into is the paper keeps getting stuck on the teeth. I need to run a variable job so I can't afford to have a piece get stuck on the teeth. Does anybody have any tips

Put some ruby tape over the perf blade to lessen/minimize the cut through.
Honestly though, don't try to do such a job on an offset press; use a letterpress.

You need to back off the pressure all the way then come down small amounts until you're perf is ok but not sticking.

Try taking a bar of soap and rub the soap over all the perfs. You may have to do the soap thing numerous times over the coarse of the press run. Of course you do this after making sure your at minimum pressure as mentioned. Be aware that its almost impossible to get micro perf to tear off easy and clean, without folding along the perf.
