Hello everybody,
this is my first post, I am having this problem. Ink is not getting to all areas of the printing plate, it`s the (tail) rear side of the plate that seems not to be getting good tensioning, since touching it i feel a little hollow beneath its surface. I searched the user manual to try to find a way to tension the plate but found none.
Please help me solve this out.
Thanks a lot

A leaf spring is broken. The part is the A1.450.072 /01 number 15 on the drawing. I picked a printing unit blind . Both units have a spring leaf. I send u a drawing in PDF.

About the loose plate: at the first PDF drawing , the roll number 3 has 2 one-way clutches that you might want to check, but honestly I dont believe that you have a loose plate problem. For the future , if you ever do, it WILL be the leaf spring. Better have one on stock. If you had a loose plate , then you wouldn't have register and you would get ink stripes.

About your problem: It is not the blanket or the impression cylinder, because the cyan is printed ok. The rollers ink up, so it must be the plate cylinder itself. Did you have a crash, or an accident recently on your machine? Because it sure looks like it from the fotos.......If you can't measure the cylinder surface using a dial indicator, ink up the blanket SOLID using the second unit. Then throw on the impression on the first unit with no plate on it, and see if you get a nice uniform inkup on the surface. Sorry to tell you, but you probably wont. That means, you have to replace the plate cylinder, or VERY CAREFULLY fix it using patty or resin
