Good day one and all, my 2001 PM-74 feeder pile is not coming up. Was printing fine then I had an early sheet, I removed it from feed table and continue printing but the feeder pile is not coming up. Can someone please advise me. Thanks in advance.

Hi sir .
firstly ensure that there was no mishandling on the part of the operator, then check the end of travel of the spade foot, then follow the electrical diagram and also common sense.

Hi frinds printmasther the machine is having problem for two or four days now while it is printing it stops in between some times the button is pressed to run after the beeping sound it stops moving when the button is clicked cptronic does not show any error warning but the number 60 in the oprating area on the feeder side and then red light is showing sometimes It will be fine in one or two minutes and sometimes the machine has to be restarted. Can anyone please help me with what is the problem and how to fix it

Begin your troubleshooting by turning power off to machine and "resetting" all of the boards (cards) in the electrical cabinet. This is done by unplugging and plugging back in the boards. While working in the cabinet, be sure to check all ribbon cables. Yes, it sounds like much work, but this process should not only be done on a newly installed machine, but also one that has been in operation for many years.

open the feeder page on the cpc and monitor the error by starting the machine surely there will be a flash try to identify it like that you will find the solution
