I'm having problems with unit 1 plate eject, it goes into the water rollers every time. Anyone know what needs to be adjusted or replaced to fix this? It's almost as if the plate isn't being held down enough and gets a little air under it when it first starts to eject.

maybe
dirty plate cylinder or
dirty or broken wheels on the ejector bar thingy

  • There is a small leaf spring on the end of the ejection unit, there should be a 5mm gap on the end of it, Also check the ecoder timing with SF07 [Ithink] Should be plus or minus 5, I will check this for you and let you know.

Blanket cylinder clamps the plate against the plate cylinder during install and rotates three times so plate would be tight but may not be engaging right away.

Had the same problem and found the ejector bar did not have enough pressure to ride on the bearers to complete the ejector from lining up with the opening Shute . There is a spring clip in the gearside of both ejector bars .( the bar with the wheels on it ) After many uses the clip collapses and loses its pressure . The opening of the clip should be 5mm to work properly . Go easy when opening the gap , it could break . When you put the bar back in you might notice it's tighter than before . Ours just fell into place originally but now it's snug and ejecting perfectly
