This machine seems to be too wet on unit 1, and I've set the rollers a couple times, still after about 6 or 700 copies the print is very emulsified looking and I cant seem to figure out why. Is there a way to get the plate to have less dampening or dryer ? I have the damp. adjusted all the way down.

    Dear Sir:
    Hi hope you are well.
Maybe you have error in the machine PM 46? WILL be 52 or QM46?
However if the machine is PM; 1) I recommend you that you TEST the input sensor, use the Schematic Diagrams
in the dampening system unit 1: a)1B27 +3b27+5b27+2b91+4b91 b) if the sensor are faulty replace,
Tight any connectors, cleans, and see in 1 unit if there are broken wires. c) if the sensors are o.k, problem persist
see if the stepper motor Dampening is working ok, see for faulty connector, loose, dirty, or broken, repair or replace. d) the control
board for motor LMT300-1 CAN be faulty, repair or replace. e) you can make easy troubleshooting, exchange the unit that it working
good with the Board and motor good, in the Faulty Unit.
Let me know any question. or doubt
