Heidelberg MOPV 1991 Plate register not working

CPC error is what I was wondering about. Again, CPTRONICs has no involvement in this issue other than supplying the "run" signal. You might, if you haven't already done so, unplug and plug back in (reseat) all boards and plugs related to servo circuitry.

  • Please taking shot CPC 1-02 all circuit board layout with indication of circuit board name.
    Thanks.

I reseated all the board but nothing changes, is trying to swap the power supply unit a solution to see if all powersupply are fine?

There is no reference to error #9, but #33 translates to “register and/or duct roller if printing unit(s) missing”. Not much help, you already know that.

Missing meaning that the CPC does not found the servo in the machine, so maby is a problem with the connection to the machine?

No connection to CPTronic machine diagnostics. Your problem is within the CPC, or connection of Anphenol plugs. But, as you mentioned all units are involved, I don't understand how all plugs could have faulty connection..

maby is a problem with the battery on the BAK board?

BAK? No such board in CPC. If you speak of SAK in press cabinet, that would be unlikely cause of issue. Your focus should remain on CPC. Look at wires 703 and 704, going to MZS module, this component relays state of the machine, such as "press in operation".

703 and 704 for press signal originate at LVT box under OS feeder cover on SM74, I don't recall where the taps are on your 72...either in the main cabinet or in the feeder LVT on gear side.

I am sure you have CPC1-03.
the difference between CPC1-02 and CPC1-03 is CPC1-03 has one more board (REK2).
REK2 in CPC1-03 has to communicate with REK2 in ZSG Central control cabinet (CPTronic).
    which REK2 you replaced?
from my experience without REK2 in CPC1-03, with REK1 in CPC1-03, your CPC1 should become CPC1-02, if all boards (without REK2 in CPC1-03) are ok, you should have all functions of CPC1-02, all registers should work.
without REK2 in CPC1-03, CPTronic console will show many faults.

that means you have CPC1-02, not CPC1-03.
My mistake: CPC1-03 is for if you have CPC2 or CPC3.
SO REK1 in CPC1-02 will communicate with REK2 in ZSG Central control cabinet (CPTronic).
