Heidelberg KH-78/82 Error

Hi to all master, my folder KH-78/82 having this error 2-0013 Main Contactor. Just wondering what is the problem? I have change the K3 & K11 aux contactor but still the same error. Hope you can share some solution. Thank you.

Hi sir

you must test the voltage feeding to the coil of main contactor, or coil defective, overheating, or open .

Sir, I have checked. The voltage seems fine, but still the same problem.

Sir I did indicated you:
1) voltage in Tolerance!!!
2) overheating coil
3) open coil
All in main contactor!!

Yes I know sir. I have checked the voltage and coil, seems nothing problem. I have attached a photo again.

I believe that you do NOT understand

1) in tolerance, if is Vca must be 10% up or down, and if is Vdc must be 0.7% up or down!!


2) overheating, coil inside NOT varnish, ( not Burning) but is defective !

Hi Chock, yes sorry maybe our technical is not good enough. Yes the voltage is in tolerance, I will inform my team to check the coil again. Thanks.
