Dear All,
I am facing a problems not just one,,,

1- Water pan roller motors

some of them are working but at low speed even when we increase the speed

i swap the LTK500 and the problem remain the same

The problem increased and non logic comes up

The working units was 3,4, 5
The defected is 1,2

after swapping the cards the problem increased and it becomes as follow

The working units was 4, 5
The defected is 1,2,3

we replace the cards back to their original places then the problem remain the same
and WORSE

it becomes as follow :
The working units was 4, 5
The defected is 1,2,3

also if increase the speed of the machine the motors 4,5 running on low speed and not increasing
if we reach to 5.5 the motors stops

We swapped the HAK 2 and HAK 3 which responsible for Water pan roller motors

also the remain the same

Hi sir:
Please do the following:
1) Perform a visual inspection : look for loose and broken wires, improperly seated connectors, loose or broken wires
misset switch, missing jumpers. and so on.
Chech for obviously damaged component(components burned or discolore due to overheating);
Dust + dirt + tear +wear

2) Reseating Boards and components:
Edge connectors are a common source of problems. Power down the system and remove the PC boards. Examine the edge connector
for contamination and clean with contacts cleaner contacts. Reseat any loose components such as socketed ICs) . Reseat the
boards and power up.

3) Power supply checks:
Check the power supply for missing voltages and voltages out of spec. A digital multimieter DMM can be necessary, as
voltage specifications are quite tight: logic supplies for example: must be within + 0.5 percent of 5Vdc. All the
multiple supplies and all must be checked. Use your schematic diagrams from the machine

5) Clock for CPU:
Check the frecuency with frequency counter or a DMM included frecuency counter( like Fluke DMM)


6)Reset CPU:
reset cpu see the attached schematic.

This is a general check ... then what the use of CP TRONICS

Anyway ...Missing switches and Visual inspection regarding to the switches has been checked

But mainly the machine is running however as mentioned earlier

The problem in the Water pan roller motor​

Edge connector possible ,, we used a WD40 Spray to clean the connectors but it remains the same

maybe need to be changed

and regarding to the IC sockets and IC it has been checked .. no loose​

Check the frecuency with frequency counter or a DMM included frecuency counter( like Fluke DMM)

This is Useless moreover Instead of using a FLUKE we used oscilloscope ... but where is the test points to be checked ,,also the CPU cards is a slot type .. therefor it is a very difficult to insert the probes for testing unless as i mentioned earlier there must be a test points ...​

6)Reset CPU:
reset cpu see the attached schematic.

Which CPU ,,,,!!!
and which card ...!!!​

My friend if you are a doctor .. and while you are walking you saw a guy is dying .. will you help him or you ask for a money to help .. ?!! Come on...
My questions was very clear .. I was looking for help and the result also i will share it for free .. to help other people .. otherwise I will call the agent and he will solve it (not for free also) .. the idea of the forums is to share informations and experience and for to be used as businesses wise ..
