Heidelberg GTO single color machine main motor

Dear Engineers,

This Heidelberg GTO single color machine main motor brake not working. when inching/running machine brake not releasing.

pls advise me.

 

Please see in his schematic diagram
contactor D1, must be closed ( pull in).
Not blue lamp must be ON.
look for limit switchs must be closed:b72+b70+b82+b48+b301+b2, for contactor D1, (pull in)

You did not mention which Gto you have
However follow this:
1) Gto 46:the limit switch b72 must close ( clean it, tight the wires, see for worn or contacts broker, or dirty with oil, or replace)
2) This switch close the D1(contactor) and when the close , close too the C1(Main contactor for the Main Motor) use the schematic diagrams, for to see if some of the limit switchs:b70+b71+b75+b48+b42+b59+b43a+b43 are defective or open, or disa-justment, test it with a Good DMM.The contactor D1 +C1 can be defective( coil overtheated or contacts defective, repair or replace, look for Loose wires for the contactor coils of D1+C1).

3) GTO 52; must be a conjuction from Mechanical vs Electrical /electronic problem., you must test the +48Vdc to the brake, if there are or NOT,.
a) IF there are voltage look for defective brake and( coil overheated), clean it very well.
b) if there are NOT NOT look for the Board HSK, if there are output , and input the board BL
test for fuses in the board HSK., loose wires, or Colder+ Dry joint solder in the board. Reheating the board
or replaces.
