Heidelberg CD102 6+L - Three sheets feed, and won't go on impression

After a load change in both feeder and delivery, press the production button, feeder picks up three sheet, then stops picking, feed table tape continue to feed the sheets into the press, but non of the units will go on impression.

Have you checked the counter? Can you see any warnings on the display?

I do not have any warning posting, we have tried turn the counter on off and resetting count.

More Context - We started over. Put press on idle, press production key once, table tap starts, three sheets pick up, feeder stops picking, sheets arrive at head stops, it side pulls, take three sheets in, non of the units go on impression. Press remains at idle speed, table taps keeps running. Press production key again, no sheets will feed. Press the sheet feed button, feeder starts picking up sheets, six of them. The sheet arrive late indicator flickers, then the sheet arrive early inductor comes on , the press stops, with the first sheet starting to enter first unit.

SOLVED - From time to time we have to disassemble the feeder vacuum solenoid to remove the board dust build up. The build up cause the feeder head from picking up the board. The person that had done that, had done it many times before on both of our Speedmaster CD102 before with out issue, so that information was set aside. So we started into trouble shooting from the begin with meters monitoring.

TROUBLESHOOTING - We applied a meter to the feeder vacuum solenoid. Pressed the production button, vacuum & blower pumps started, no voltage at the solenoid. The feeder head started picking up board. After three sheets (sometimes two) the solenoid got energized, and sheets stopped feeding. We swapped the vent with the line that leads to the feed head. Press the production button, vacuum and blower pumps startup, sheets don't feed, after about three cycles, voltage applied to the solenoid, the feeder started picking up sheet and the machine ran as normal.

LESSON LEARNED - Even if it is something that you do all the time with no issue, if it is the last thing you have done, it should be the first thing that you look at.

I plan to start posting every issue that has not been tackled in this forum and the following troubleshooting and result. In the process of going thru this problem we found other problems and corrected them. One on those problems created an other issue. We went back to that those changes one by one and reversed them to test to corrected them. So i will open another issue to explain what happen and and the result to help other members in this forum.
