It seems to be completely random. The ink keys will shut down and fountain sweeps drop to 5%. DYN displays A-CPC COM ERROR FFFE. Is anyone familiar with this fault?

I had seen this problem on few machines. Most probably reason is the communication interference between IPC and BEK. Ask your technician to re-install CP2000 program and then replace BEK.
