Heidelberg CD 102 air supply problem

Dear All
In our CD 102 third unit air supply low problem, I already checked the solenoid valve and cylinder . All are normal. please help me to solve the issue.

 

Solenoid valve and cylinder for what function? What model year?

Cleaning the rotary valve

Open the ”Feeder” guard
and fold up the feed table.

Number/type/maintenance

Loosen and remove the
rotary valve. Clean the surfaces
of the rotary valve and
of the bearings.

Required resources :
Soft, fluffless cloth; brush;
protective gloves

Cleaning solution:
Note ”Approved cleaners”.

Finally:
Lubricating the driver
in the printing unit iii
look for crack hose, bad clampling
etc.

have you verified that there are no leaks? If you run the press without an air dryer in line with your air source the poly lines have a much shortened lifespan. When they do fail its usually at a fitting.
