    Could someone please advise me on the procedure on how to remove the airlock from the blanket wash device tank.
    It run low now it says it has no pressure etc.
    I think it is airlocked.
    The machine is fairly new to me.
    Help appreciated

    Hi sir:

    Follow this procedure:

    1. Demount the wash cartridge.
    2. Loosen the Allen screws on the
    D.S. and O.S..
    3. Move the spray tubes towards the
    D.S.. This loosens the hoses for the water and
    washing fluid .
    4. Carefully remove the spray tubes from the
    press.
    Warning – Risk of injury when cleaning
    the spray tubes
    Wear protective glasses and protective
    gloves for the following work!
    5. Clean the spray tubes (look his operating
    manual).
    see and tight clamps, and any loose parts.

    I’ve not seen an “air lock” situation, I’d be inclined to say you have a faulty pressure switch.

    Airlock means air in the system.
    Have this problem sorted now.
    It was a faulty sensor
