Heidelberg 46DI laserdrive

I have a problem with Heidelberg 46DI - laserdrive board on black not go and laser not burn.
First was writed LOTMP. Powersupply DC/DC was bad. I changed it, voltage is now good / +15/-15V / but now burn only one laser and seven not burn.
The second laserdrive board is good, if I change first and second unit, problem is on the other eight laserdiod.
Can anybody help me?
