Heidelberg 2C main motor data sheet

Hi All,
Recently Heidelberg main motor had Rewinded due failure, after rewinding the motor, machine can run faster without impression ON, if impression ON, machine speed get reduce.
Checked each phase line with clamp meter, 12.7A is getting for each.( No changes in Ampere while impression ON)

Another observation is, fixed another same model motor to this press, working fine without any issue.
This motor shows 3-6amps in clamp meter.

So we took this motor to another expert motor repairing company, they are asking for motor data. Any one can provide motor data?

Please find the attached name plate of the motor

 

Are you certain the issue is not being caused by an oily, worn or a poorly adjusted drive belt?

 

If we swap this motor to another machine, problem also get transferred. Drive belt looks new.

I forgot to say one more point in previous thread, if we print with this motor, motor get heat up and stop.

The motor was rewinding bad, you must complaint to the company who did that job.

Can be many parameter to take in account;1) the diameter of wires 2) numbers of turn in the winding , etc.

In short return the motor to the company.

 

Hi, According to Name Plate its a 4KW Motor and Operating Voltage 350volts, So the Current Consumption will be nearly 12 Amps. So According to my Knowledge its Fine if Motor is Getting Hot, Then its a Issue.
I Just Had a Look on Name Plate Again Its 10.5AMPS is Ideal and 35AMPS is Max.

 

Sir in Short, you must proceed to return the motor as complain to the company.

They must do test, in order to test, and

1)see if number of turn is ok 2) isolated Varnish 3) diameter of wire 4) materials 5) Ground.
