Have problem with water dripping at damping unit DS .
It's not overflow nor is it dirty guards as they are all cleaned.
Have reduced water amount all the normal things
Have checked roller pressure but all seem fine.
Happens immediately the machine engages print mode.
Constant drip.
Seems to drip of the fixed dampening distributor roller .
Would appreciate any suggestions as to what I could do etc.

Hi ali
check the condition of the rollers (low wear, glazing)
check the wear on the chrome dosing roller
if the condition of all the rollers is good and you have adjusted the rollers correctly, you must check the dampening tank if it is correctly positioned

Hello dear sir, I think that you have to adjust the dampening toucher against the degreaser, the dosing adjustment against the dampening toucher and the bubbler adjustment against the dosing unit. Cleaned well in the tank.

Dear Sir,
If your rollers are correctly adjusted as in the operation manual check the following:
1- Sometime the insulation rubber outside the water pan could touch the dampening form roller and collect some damp and causes water dripping.
2. Check if the screw DS is loose or broken.
