Heidelberg 2003 SM74 techno trans fault

Hi can someone tell me or give me the instructions on how to re calabrate the ipa reading? As it’s not reading the IPA properly on the techno trans?

If it is alcosmart azr or Alcontrol
Depends upon which measuring ipa unit
There different ways.
By the way is there any error is coming measuring unit??
Or it give some error code

 

It’s basically showing that measurement and the IPA is actually reading 9% when I measured it manually

 

Comes up error code number 6 after a while

 

Big deviation, error 6 indicates a low reference signal, the alcosmart is probably defective, not sure if a calibration will help in this case, but anyway turn the alcosmart ON once the screen comes on for the warmup time keep the up and down buttons on the alcosmart pressed for 5 seconds, the screen is going to change to attached picture, pls send me a picture of this screen.

 

are you able to operate the machine with this problem?

 

one more thing, please have someone make sure the input supply to the alcosmart is good.

Generally the value of R should not be less than M, you have a deviation of around -900 hence a negative alcohol concentration, this indicates a fault with the electronics of the Alcosmart, under these conditions I am afraid a simple calibration wont help.

 

This is the alcosmart incorrect reading of the actual concentration, you must first change the membrane and the filter and give it a try.
If this does not work, replace the IR gas reader in the control unit (it is in the form of a small pen)
