We are experiencing a heavy build up of ink on blanket after only about 200 sheets. The chiller seems to be ok set at 23. The stock is 170g gloss paper which we use all the time we. The ink is Classic colors. I have attached a photo of the problem. We have two QMDI's and the problem is only happening on one.

The build up occures mostly on the trailing edge of solids especially black and will actually damage the plates if not wash off every 200 sheets

the only other factors that I can think of is we changed an Ink Duct roller about 2 days ago but we have bleed the cooling system several times an there is no air traped.

It is also particually cold here although our workshop is centrally heated and warm

    Any ideas
