Hi,

We have a problem with our machine:

- Heidelberg Speedmaster 102-10 Color

When we open the WASHUP menu in the CP2000, and we want to activate washing, Printing Unit No.6 is missing 3 options, and we cant activate them.

Find attached a picture from the CP2000 Unit in the WASHUP menu.

We would really appreciate your answer/solutions from your experience in this machines.

Thanks in Advance.

BR,
Rasim

Hi Rasim,
The problem is that some of the electro magnetic valves from roller washing system in PU6 are not recognized during the press start up process. You can find this valves on operator side below the galery on PU6. Electrican should check the electrical connection to the valves or the valves itself. You can try to exchange the valves between each other from different PU to PU6 and see if the error moves to different location.

  • You have a problem with the pneumatic ink roller washing control, as he says, speedmaster mechanic, check the electrical connections of the solenoid valve control + the coils
Also check the compressed air circuit and ensure that it is well dried, the FRL bottle under the feed table if there is no water condensation. (Empty it if necessary)
Generally the presence of water in the pneumatic distribution block creates a short circuit and can cause this type of problem.
    Good luck

@Mechanica Speedmaster @Adil Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it.
Yes the problem was with Solenoid valve Y51 located on the operator side . We replaced it and the functions are back active.

We traced the problem as below:

    1. Checked Output assignment in the setting for EAK_D06 (Unit 6) were was the problem and compared it with EAK_D07 (Unit 7), there was missing output on EAK Unit 6.
    2. This missing Output was for ink wash blade on/off (Solenoid Valve Y51)
    3. Opened the cover of the unit from the operator side and access solenoid valves block.
    4. Swapped Valve Y51 from Unit 6 -> <- Unit 7, and the problem was gone from 6 to 7 so we managed to find the reason.
    5. We installed a new Valve.
    6. Washup functions are now back to work.

I would like to thanks all the people that helped me to fix this problem.

    BR,
    Rasim
