I need help ... i recently bought ryobi 512h. Today I've assembled a machine, and I'm trying to learn how to work on it. I have a lot of experience on heidelberg sm and gto machines. This is quite similar. The problem is that they can not understand why the machine does not raise the delivery table automatically. Is there something I do not do well or I have to call a technician?

This press is stream fed and the pile should raise until it contacts the blast foot, so I'm guessing there's possibly an issue somewhere with that.

Try to adjust the sensor for lowered delivery table dolly Sensitivy.
If is Not down try to adjust the sensor, with a little screwdriver until LED is Lit in clockwise, and then 90 degree
counterclockwise.
Let me know.

There are a couple of reasons why this would happen, most times is the knob for adjusting the pile to the feed head, this is the small chrome knob on older machine and black on newer ones, rotate the knob clockwise a few turns, if that fails then counterclockwise. Delivey jam sensor can cause this too.

I took some time, cleaned and lubricated everything, for now.
The double sheet sensor on the monitor always lights up.

Dear Sir:
Hi hope you are well.
1)Do the actual paper feed and check that sensor detect the paper and lower the delivery pile o table automatically.
When the delivery table is not lowered,turn the adjustment screw in the clockwise direction for increase the sensitivy
If after doing this adjustment is NOT workd; 1) Measure the voltage at the detector if there are and after done the adjustment sensitivy the sensor is FAULTY, replace. 2) if there are NOT voltage, track the wiring and measure continuity for to see if the wires is broker, or
loose in some point, Repair. 3) See if the Solenoid for the table is working or is faulty, measure the voltage solenoid, if there are or Not
in any case if there are the solenoid is faulty, if there are NOT track the source of voltage, and see if there some wires loose, of Fuse or Breaker trip, and repair.
