Harris M100L at bargain price

The owner of my company just bought an old Harris M100L with:

Butler roll stand
infeed
5 units
dryer
chill stand
sheeter
folder

He says he paid $26,000 for everything at auction. I would like to know how it is possible to buy all of this equipment for this price. Also, does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to have everything installed?
