GTOZ-S Alcolor on unit 2 doesn't slow down

I have this strange problem. The alcolor motor on printing unit 2 doesn't slow to the preset or when pressing the minus dampening button. that had happened before but I switched the controlling cards from the 2 units in the electronics cabinet and the problem disappeared. I did the same but no result. I checked the button, but it seems pretty clean and new like it came from factory.
