GTOZ-S 52 machine not working

Hi friend our machine GTOZ-S 52 2 colour machine is not running please help me

The main motor is giving sound but not rotating

is there any error on the machine? Make DYN Test. You shared too less information for a properly diagnosys.

Thanks for your reply no any errors on dyn test.but when we inching the machine the main motor is not turning and only giving sound.

The display doesn't have any errors even they changed the motor with other machine there is working.and also they changed the board of main motor with other machine that is also ok encoder cable also ok.

Like i yold you ,you must separate the glat belt yo tye motor then run only the motor you will be sure wyere is the problem on the motor or on the machine .
For The break control you must gollow tge wi4ing diagram to see what happends

Thanks for your reply the main motor brake is not working.when I on the manually brake then the motor is moving ok.now I want to find out the brake supply from the BLT .

i was thinking about that but it looks like your brake is dismantled from the motor.
